FORMAL MEETINGS
This page and the folders below (please scroll down) provide you with access to information relating to the following meetings:

Arrangements are made to enable the general public to attend meetings (and to submit questions). The agenda/s and the papers (suitable for publication) referred to at different meetings are posted in the folders set out below (Please scroll down and the folders are marked with dates of the meeting of interest).
Full Authority – Recent & Upcoming Meetings
The most recent Authority Meetings were held on 19th March 2026 and 18th June 2026. Finalised minutes from the March 2026 meeting can be read here. Draft minutes (V0.3) from the Authority meeting held on 18th June 2026 can be read here. The next Authority meeting will take place on 17th September 2026 at Exeter Racecourse.
The planned dates for the remaining Authority meeting in 2026 is 10th December. The papers for the most recent Authority meetings are set out in a folders below.
Byelaw and Permitting Sub-Committee (B&PSC) – Recent & Upcoming Meetings
D&S IFCA’s byelaw work and the related decision making is the responsibility of the D&S IFCA Byelaw and Permitting Sub-Committee (B&PSC). The B&PSC has delegated powers (from the full Authority) for decision making. The most recent B&PSC meeting was held at Exeter Racecourse on 4th June 2026. The Officers’ papers, reports, and the agenda for the B&PSC meeting held on 4th June 2026 are set out in the folder below. Draft minutes (version 0.5) from the June B&PSC meeting can be read here.
- The next B&PSC Meeting was planned for 10th September 2026; however this has been postponed and an alternative date is to be confirmed.

Publishing Minutes from Meetings:
In September 2021 the Authority agreed that draft minutes for Authority and Sub-Committee meetings would be published on the website, before they are formally approved for accuracy at the following meetings. Draft minutes (from the most recent meetings) will now be added to this section of the website (please see above) and in Section B of the website Resource Library where a larger collection of officer papers and minutes from past D&S IFCA meetings can also be found.
