RECENT B&PSC MEETINGS/UPCOMING B&PSC MEETINGS
D&S IFCA’s byelaw work and the related decision making is the responsibility of the D&S IFCA Byelaw and Permitting Sub-Committee (B&PSC). The B&PSC has delegated powers (from the full Authority) for decision making. The last two B&PSC meetings were held on 31st August 2023 and 16th November 2023, both at Exeter Racecourse.
- Both B&PSC meetings included discussion and decision making relating to the review of the Netting Permit Conditions.
The finalised minutes from the August B&PSC meeting can be read here and the draft minutes from the November meeting are being prepared and will be posted here before Christmas. The reports and Officers’ papers for the recent B&PSC meetings are set out in the folders below. The next meeting is anticipated to take place in February 2024.
RECENT AUTHORITY MEETINGS/UPCOMING AUTHORITY MEETINGS
The last Authority meeting was held on 21st September 2023. Draft minutes (V0.3) from this meeting can be read here. Following agreement at the June Authority meeting, the Authority meeting originally scheduled for 14th December 2023 will now be held on 25th January 2024.
Minutes from Meetings:
In September 2021 the Authority agreed that draft minutes for Authority and Sub-Committee meetings would be published on the website, before they are formally approved for accuracy at the following meetings. Draft minutes (from the most recent meetings) will now be added to this section of the website and in Section B of the website Resource Library where a larger collection of officer papers and minutes from past D&S IFCA meetings can also be found.
